Sri Rajarajeshwari Devasthana Online Payment Terms and Conditions

This online payment system is provided by the payment gateway Service Provider Billdesk on behalf of Sri Rajarajeshwari Devasthana (SRD). Both Billdesk and Sri Rajarajeshwari Devasthana jointly or severally may update the terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out herewith. Please ensure that you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for Billdesk and SRD is India.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions as detailed below. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

• SRD is not canvassing with or soliciting from any devotees for making any Donations online through this website. This online payment facility is to help devotees to book the services from the comfort of their homes or offices, from any location, without having to visit the temple in person. Devotees have the option of not using this website’s payment gateway.
• The description of sevas/donations and the associated rates and timings (collectively known as services) are defined by SRD. Billdesk is only entrusted with the responsibility of enabling the payment gateway for smooth and seamless collection of payments made by you. SRD reserves the rights to add, delete and amend any of its services without prior intimation to the users. However, already booked services (subject to realization of payments) will be executed.
• Payment Gateway will display only those banks which have an engagement with our Service Provider Billdesk, exclusively for the purpose of operating with our payment gateway.
• All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. All payments will be received only in Indian Rupees.
• Currently Cards issued outside of India are not accepted.
• Your payments made online will normally reach SRD account within 2 to 3 working days.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the SRD account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details.
• We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. SRD is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You have to directly check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier for such declined or refused payments. Please check if the payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will the SRD be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund Policy

• If a service is not booked, but the payment transaction is completed, please contact us with proof of failed transaction. We will reconcile the accounts with our Service Provider and refund the amount, subject to validating the proof that the service is not booked. It may take around 14 days to 21 days for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

• Services once booked, cannot be cancelled.

Failed Transaction

• If the payment transaction on payment gateway fails after submitting the necessary security codes, one time passwords etc. please check immediately with your bankers if your account has been deducted or the credit/debit card issuing bank if the cards is charged. SRD will not be responsible clearing the queries around failed transactions.
• If a service is booked and the payment transaction is failed, you are supposed to make good the service fee.
• If a service is not booked, but the payment transaction is through, please contact us with details. We will reconcile the accounts with our Service Provider and refund the amount, subject to validating the proof that the service is not booked.

Security

• All payment details and communications to and from the payment gateway provided by our Service Provider are encrypted. We do not store your debit or credit card details anywhere in our system. Payments made through direct bank transfer and by cheque, require us to capture the account number and bank details for reconciliation purposes which may be required to in case of payment related disputes arising from our devotees. The data and communications to and from our website are encrypted and our servers are virus and firewall protected.
• SRD is not liable for security breaches coming from the systems used by our devotees.

Service Provider Role

• Our current Service Provider for Payment Gateway is Billdesk.
• Online Payment of Fees can be made by Credit / Debit card or Netbanking. These payments are not collected by the SRD directly but by the Service Provider. Service Provider consolidates the payments from various banks and deposits into our account. It typically takes 2 to 4 days before your donation is reflected in our accounts.

Privacy Policy

• This Privacy Policy applies to all the services offered by SRD exclusively from this website. No communication, except related to the SRD news and services, will be made with the Devotees. Your personal information shared through the registration process will be used for helping you minimize the data entry, send mailers about SRD news and services. We do not share your personal information with any third parties or do we use it for other commercial activities outside the purview of SRD.
