śvāsōttamayōga
śvāsōttamayōga classes are conducted under the auspices of Sri Kailash Ashrama Mahasamsthana from Monday to Saturday in four batches as per the following timings. Each batch can take a maximum capacity of 15 persons. The course covers, Yoga Asanas, Yogic Kriyas, Pranayama, Bandhas & Mudras and Periodical Guided Meditation.
